8000 characters to explain THIRTY YEARS? Guess I will have to really edit here!
I spent the 80's getting married and having children (wonderful occupation and I missed all the crap music and mullets that way;), spent the 90's raising said children- who were all "homeskewled" until high school and then attended Mighty Troy themselves.
I got remarried to the man of my dreams in 2003. Ian is a native of Edinburgh Scotland (yes, we met on the internet, be careful that can be scary!) and I finally realized a lifelong dream of visiting that magical country. Unfortunately, Ian discovered we have a SUMMER in Kansas and decided we would live here after we married...sigh.
In 2005 we started an adventure in self-employment...at this point I describe myself as a gypsy peddler- we travel the country selling our handcrafted jewelry and costume accessories and Renaissance and Faery Festivals (yes, we really make a living at it -sort of;). Our home base is online sales and from that platform my work has been shipped all around the world to weddings in Portugal, Spain, Greece, Armenia, France, Italy, Brazil, Singapore, Korea, Britain, Japan, Crete and many more exotic places I hope to visit one day.
